The Path to Becoming a Public Defender - Mini-Conference
The Public Defender Service of the District of Columbia is hosting a mini conference on Saturday, July 26 for law students interested in exploring careers in
indigent criminal defense, featuring career, skills and substantive tracks and speakers from
defense offices throughout the United States. The program is from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at The George Washington University Law School. The event is free. To register, visit www.pdsdc.org.
4th Annual IMPACT Career Fair for Students and Attorneys with Disabilities
The 4th Annual IMPACT Career Fair takes place in Arlington, VA on Friday, August 15, 2008. Employers will be present to interview law students
and lawyers with disabilities from the Classes of 2010 and earlier from
