The job posting information on this PSLawNet web site is available for use only by Individual Registered Users seeking legal employment and career information in the public sector, by Organizational Registered Users (i.e., public sector organizations) seeking to provide descriptive information and to hire interns, fellows, or employees, and by Law School Registered Users. Only law students and graduates of subscribing law schools, and students or graduates of law schools who register individually for their own employment/career purposes can qualify as Individual Registered Users. Only those law schools that register are considered Law School Registered Users.

By using this web site, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions included here, as they are interpreted and applied by NALP.

Users are permitted only to access the content available on this PSLawNet Web Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. To do so, you may be given a password allowing you access to a non-public area of this web site; you are not permitted to disclose or share your password with anyone else unless authorized by NALP.

Users are permitted to contact organizations and candidates on the Web Site only for their own job seeking or for job listing/hiring purposes. No posting of incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own is permitted. No posting or transmitting of any unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, or spam is permitted. Users may not delete or revise any material posted by any other person or entity.

II. Procedures for Using the Web Site.

When you register for the Web Site, you will be asked to provide certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (your "Information"). In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in the privacy policy, you understand and agree that NALP/PSLawNet may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. NALP/PSLawNet will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant or for administrative purposes necessary for site maintenance.

B. USER SUBMISSIONS

As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and are responsible for the consequences of their posting. 1. for public legal sector organizations to post descriptive information and job opportunities and
2. for job seekers to access those descriptions and opportunities.

NALP/PSLawNet does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of communications posted by users or endorse any opinions expressed by users. You acknowledge that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.

I. TERMINATION

NALP/PSLawNet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your information from this Web Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by NALP/PSLawNet, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if NALP/PSLawNet is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site registration with or ability to access the Web Site.

J. RELEASE OF RIGHTS

You agree to release and hold harmless NALP/PSLawNet, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions. NALP/PSLawNet shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
